  I'm not much one to write reviews, but I wanted to commend the tremendous customer service we received last Friday during a Nor'easter. We arrived home from work to find that our power was out and our sump pump was thus not operational, causing 6" of water to back up into our basement. Frantic, we headed to Lowe's in search of a generator to help power our sump pump. We were assisted by Franklin, who was a tremendous help in finding us a pallet to load the generator on, and then even meeting us outside to help us load it into the car. It's hard to find great customer service, and we feel that Franklin should be commended for going above and beyond our expectations during a stressful situation. Thank you!
